Rules for participation in the giveaway »@the_boocare x @lepo.vzgojen.pes« 

1. Article 

(General provisions) 

These rules define the terms and conditions of participation in the giveaway »Lepo vzgojen pes x theBOOcare« (hereinafter: the giveaway). 

The organizers of the giveaway are: 

The sponsor of the giveaway is the company Galex d.o.o., Tišinska ulica 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, 
e-mail: info@galex.si. 

The rules of the giveaway are publicly published on the Instagram profiles @lepo.vzgojen.pes and @the_boocare and on the sponsor's website www.boo-care.si. 

The giveaway is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the social network Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram bears no responsibility in connection with the implementation of the giveaway. 

2. Article 

(Duration of the giveaway) 

The prize game runs from 21/4/2026 to 4/5/2026, exclusively on Instagram profiles @lepo.vzgojen.pes and @the_boocare. 

Participation in the prize game is possible from 10:00 AM on 21/4/2026 until 11:59 PM on 4/5/2026. After this time, participation is no longer possible. 

3. Article 

(Conditions of participation) 

All natural persons over 18 years of age, who have permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia and have an active Instagram user account, can participate in the prize game. If the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who has the right by law and/or on the basis of appropriate authorization to represent the aforementioned minor.  

By participating in the prize game, the participant confirms that they are familiar with these rules and agrees to them. It is assumed that by participating in the prize game, the participant fully accepts all rules and conditions of participation. 

Employees of the organizers and sponsor of the prize game and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the prize game. In case of a violation, the participation of such a person is considered invalid. The organizers of the prize game ensure that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of their will. This will be done using a computer program that selects the winner from all participants on a random basis. 

The winners will be selected by random computer draw among all correctly participating participants. The draw is final and no appeals are possible. 

4. Article 

(Method of participation in the prize game) 

A participant participates in the prize game by: 

A participant can increase their chances of winning by sharing the post on their Instagram story, although sharing is not a condition for participation. 

5. Article 

(Prizes) 

The organizer @lepo.vzgojen.pes will award four (4) prizes within the prize game, one to each winner: 

The date of the draw and announcement of the winners will be May 5, 2026. 

The winners will be announced in a comment below the prize game post on the Instagram profiles @lepo.vzgojen.pes and @the_boocare. 

The prize is not payable in cash, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize or product. 

The winner must send the organiser the necessary information for prize delivery via private message within 5 (five) days of the announcement of the results. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the organiser reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly selected winner. 

Article 6 

(Exclusion of Liability) 

The organiser and sponsor do not assume responsibility for any technical problems, errors, or interruptions in the functioning of the Instagram network or other technical disturbances (e.g., internet connection outages, power outages, etc.) that could temporarily affect participation in the prize game. 

Article 7 

(Personal Data Protection) 

The organisers will process participants' personal data (name, surname, Instagram username, prize delivery address) solely for the purpose of conducting the prize game, notifying winners, and awarding prizes. 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and will not be provided to third parties, except to the contracted provider of prize delivery. 

Personal data will be stored for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the prize game, unless otherwise stipulated by law. 

Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. 

8. Article 

(Taxation and final provisions) 

The value of each prize does not exceed 42 EUR, therefore it is not subject to taxation in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation. 

These rules come into force on the day of the prize game's publication and are binding for all participants. The rules are to be interpreted and applied in accordance with the legal order of the Republic of Slovenia.
