BOO care is a small Slovenian brand created out of love for animals. We believe that pets are family members, so we want to offer them the best – natural, gentle and safe products that care for their health and well-being.

Are Boo Care products suitable for dogs and cats of all ages?

Yes. Our products are designed with animal skin sensitivity in mind – they are suitable for both adult animals and puppies and older pets.

Where are the products made?

We prepare everything within Slovenia, with heart and attention to quality. We support local and sustainable.

What products do you offer?

  • Eye and ear cleaner – gentle and effective, suitable for daily care

  • SOS cream – soothing and regenerative skin care for irritation, itching or minor injuries

Each product is made with your pet's health, comfort, and happiness in mind - without unnecessary chemicals, gently and effectively.

How often should I use eye/ear cleaner?

We recommend eye cleanser for daily or weekly care – depending on the tendency to discharge.

Ear cleaner is recommended once a week or as needed to prevent earwax buildup and unpleasant odors.

Is your dental care really working?

Yes. Our teeth gel contains ingredients like aloe vera, parsley and thyme to help reduce plaque, freshen breath and strengthen gum health.

Will CBD calm my pet?

Absolutely! One of the therapeutic benefits of using CBD in both humans and dogs is that it provides a sense of calm. Giving your dog or cat CBD drops will keep them in a calm and relaxed mood.

Is CBD safe for pets?

Yes, CBD is safe for pets. Just like you, your pet has a built-in regulatory system that directs their response to the therapeutic potential of CBD products.

Is CBD for animals the same as regular CBD?

Our CBD oil for pets is made with the same high-quality CBD as regular CBD products, but is blended with olive oil for faster absorption, providing fast results.

What are the benefits of CBD oil for dogs and cats?

CBD supports your pet's endocannabinoid system. This essential communication system is responsible for helping regulate pain perception, immune system function, inflammation, emotional responses, digestion, and more.

Is CBD psychoactive, causing a high?

No! Your pet will not get high from CBD. The beauty of CBD is that it does not cause any of the psychoactive effects associated with other cannabinoids, such as THC. CBD is a natural cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant that has many uplifting and vitalizing properties.

What does “full spectrum” mean?

This means that the drops contain all the beneficial substances from cannabis (except THC), which allows for a better effect - they work together as a natural support for the body.

How do I order products?

It's easy! On our website, you add the selected products to your cart, enter your details and confirm your order. If you get stuck, write to us - we're happy to help!

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs to Slovenia are: Packaging and home delivery or pick-up at the post office/Petrol for purchases up to €50.00 is €3.90 (including VAT). Products will be delivered within 2-3 days.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over €50.00. Delivery costs abroad are:

Zone 1: €13.00 (incl. VAT) - Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Monaco and Croatia. Products will be delivered within 2-5 days.

Zone 2: €30.00 (incl. VAT) – Romania, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Serbia, Portugal, Switzerland, UK, Ireland, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Norway. Products will be delivered within 2-7 days.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over €150 within the EU.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • With the Paypal payment system.
  • Payment by credit cards (Maestro, Activa Maestro, MasterCard, Visa,
    Visa Electron, Diners Club).
  • Cash on delivery: The buyer pays the purchase price upon delivery.
  • Payment by invoice: The buyer receives an invoice to their email address as soon as possible. The payment deadline is two days from the date on the invoice.

After payment of the proforma invoice, the order will be shipped to the delivery address.

When completing a UPN order, first enter SI00 in the reference field, followed by your order number (e.g. SI00 1230). In the purpose code field, you can select GDSV or OTHR.

When will I receive the package?

If you order by 1 p.m., we usually ship the package the same day. Pošta Slovenije usually delivers it to you within 1-3 business days.

What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

Don't panic! The postman will leave you a notice, and you can pick up the package at the nearest post office or order a free re-delivery.

Can I return something if the product doesn't suit me?

Of course. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us within 15 days at info@boo-care.si , then send the product (unopened and undamaged) back. Together we will find a solution.
