Rules for participating in the "@the_boocare and @lepo.vzgojen.pes" prize draw

Article 1  

(General provisions )  

  • These rules stipulate how to implement the prize draw @the_boocare X @lepo.vzgojen.pes  (hereinafter: prize game).  

  • They are the organizers of the prize draw @beautiful.breed.dog and  @the_boocare , the sponsor of the prize draw is Galex doo ., Tišinska ulica 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email : info@ galex.si .  

  • The rules of the competition are publicly posted on their Instagram profile .  @the_boocare and @lepo.vzgojen.pes   and on the sponsor's website , www.boo-care.si   

Article 2  

(Duration of the prize draw)  

The prize draw will take place between 21 . 01 .202 6 and 28 . 01 .202 6 , exclusively on the profiles @the_boocare and @lepo.vzgojen.pes . The time for participation in the prize draw is from 10:00 a.m. on 21 . 01 .202 6 until 23:5 9 on 28. 01.2026 .​​​ 

Article 3  

(Terms of participation)  

  • The organizer and sponsor of the prize game ensures equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are over 18 years of age and agree to the terms of use of the social network Instagram can participate in the prize game . If the winner is under 18 years of age, he or she must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who has the right to represent the said minor by law and/or on the basis of an appropriate authorization. 

  • The condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions and rules related to the prize game.  

  • The organizer of the prize game guarantees that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of his/her will. This will be done by using a computer program that randomly selects the winner from among all participants.  

  • Employees of the organizers are not eligible to participate in the prize draw. Any such participation will be considered invalid.  

Article 4  

( How to participate in the prize draw)  

  • The participant participates in the prize draw by:  

  • Follow @lepo.vzgojen.pes and @the_boocare  

  • Tag two people in the comments who you would like to treat to a gift package and  

  • Like the post and increase your chances of winning by sharing the post via your story .  

Article 5  

(Awards)  

  • During the duration of the prize competition, the organizer will @beautiful.breed.dog awarded the following prizes to one winner :  

The complete​ Boocare for complete well-being support:  

  • Joints and bones the BooCare  – natural, advanced dog supplements designed to support joint health, bone strength, connective tissue and overall dog vitality.  

  • Regulated digestion the Boocare  – Soft treats designed to support digestive health and intestinal balance. 

 

Date of the draw and  The winner will be announced on January 29, 2026 .  

The organizers will announce the winners of the prize competition or the recipient of the prize . announced under the prize competition post on the Instagram profiles @lepo.vzgojen.pes and @the_boocare .  

  • The prize is not payable in cash.  

  • Each individual can only participate in the prize draw once.  

  • The prize received is immutable.  

Article 6  

( Exclusion of liability of the technical contractor)  

The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor do not assume responsibility for the failure of the online service as a result of a network outage of the contractual partners, power outages or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service.  

 

Article 7  

(Personal data protection)  

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize draw.  

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected within the framework of this prize competition in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to disclose it to third parties.  

Article 8  

(Complaints and dispute resolution methods)  

  • All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the email address: info@galex.si .  

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court has jurisdiction.  

Article 9  

(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw)  

  • The regularity of the prize given by the individual organizer does not exceed EUR 42,  

  • The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law.
