Rules for participation in the "Grand Prize Game for all tails, paws, and snouts" @the_boocare 

 

1. Article  

(General provisions)  

  • These rules define the method of conducting the prize game "Grand Prize Game for all tails, paws, and snouts" on @the_boocare (hereinafter: prize game). 

  • The organizer of the prize game is Galex d.o.o., Tišinska ulica 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@boo-care.si (hereinafter: organizer).  

  • The rules of the prize game are publicly published on the organizer's website, https://boo-care.si  

2. Article  

(Duration of the prize game)  

The prize game will run from June 23, 2026 to July 12, 2026, exclusively on the @the_boocare profile and on the organizer's website, boo-care.si. The period for participation in the prize game is from 8:00 PM on June 23, 2026 to 11:59 PM on July 12, 2026. 

3. Article  

(Conditions of participation)  

  • The organizer of the prize game ensures equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are over 18 years of age can participate in the prize game. If the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who has the right, by law and/or on the basis of appropriate authorization, to represent the said minor.  

  • A condition for participation is that the participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions related to the prize game.  

  • The organizers of the prize game guarantee that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of their will. This will be done using a computer program that randomly selects a winner from all participants. 

  • Employees of the organizers cannot participate in the prize game. Any such participation will be considered invalid. 

4. Article  

(Method of participation in the prize game)  

A participant takes part in the prize game by: 

  • following @the_boocare, 

  • tagging two people in the comments who would also enjoy the mentioned gift package, and 

  • liking the post and increasing their chances of winning by sharing the post via story. 

5. Article  

(Prizes)  

  • During the prize game, the following prizes will be given to 3 different winners (each winner receives 1x a dm gift card worth EUR 20.00 and 1x any the BOO care product worth up to EUR 21.95): 3x dm gift card worth EUR 20.00 and 3x any the BOO care product; any product is considered a standalone product (1 piece) and not a set (does not apply to Care Bundle, Daily Care Bundle, Vital Bundle, and Wellness Bundle sets).
