Rules for participation in the prize draw "For autumn adventures - LILOdog x the BOO care" @the_boocare @lilodog_net 

Article 1 

(General provisions) 

  • These rules define the method of conducting the prize draw "For autumn adventures - LILOdog x the BOO care" on @the_boocare @lilodog_net (hereinafter: prize draw). 

  • The organizers of the prize draw are Galex d.o.o., Tišinska ulica 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@boo-care.si and M&N transport, Zvonko Peer s.p. , Pot k ribniku 16, 3252 Rogatec, Email: info@lilodog.net (hereinafter: organizers).  

  • The rules of the prize draw are publicly published on the organizers' websites, https://boo-care.si and lilodog.net.  

Article 2 

(Duration of the prize draw) 

The prize draw will take place from August 20, 2026, to August 31, 2026, exclusively on the profiles @the_boocare and @lilodog_net and on the organizers' websites boo-care.si and lilodog.net. The participation period for the prize draw is from 07:00 on August 20, 2026, to 23:59 on August 31, 2026.  

Article 3 

(Conditions for participation) 

  • The organizers of the prize draw ensure equal opportunities for participation for all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are over 18 years of age can participate in the prize draw. If the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who has the legal right and/or appropriate authorization to represent the minor.  

  • A condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize draw. It is considered that by participating in the prize draw, participants agree to all terms and conditions related to the prize draw.  

  • The organizers of the prize draw guarantee that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of their will. This will be done using a computer program that randomly selects the winner from all participants. 

  • Employees of the organizers cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such participation is considered invalid. 

Article 4 

(Method of participation in the prize draw) 

Participants in the prize draw by: 

  • following @the_boocare and @lilodog_net 

  • tagging one person in the comments who would also deserve the mentioned gift and 

  • liking the post and increasing their chances of winning by sharing the post via story. 

Article 5 

(Prizes) 

  • During the prize draw, the organizers will award prizes to two different winners: 

M&N transport, Zvonko Peer s.p.: complete LILOdog leash + collar worth 39 EUR 

and 

Galex d.o.o.: the BOO care dietary supplement Joints and Bones worth 21.95 EUR 

  • The date of the draw and the announcement of the winner will take place on September 1, 2026. 

  • The winner or prize recipient will be announced under the prize game post on the Instagram profiles @the_boocare and @lilodog_net. 

  • The prize is not convertible to cash. 

  • Each individual may participate in the prize game only once.  

  • The received prize is non-exchangeable.  

  • Winners must provide their details for prize collection to the organizer within 14 days of the results being announced. After this deadline, the right to the prize ceases. 

6. Article  

(Exclusion of liability of the technical executor)  

The prize game organizers and technical executor do not assume responsibility for the non-functionality of the online service resulting from network outages of contractual partners, power outages, or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service.  

 

7. Article  

(Personal Data Protection)  

(1) Participants in the prize game agree to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize game by participating. 

(2) The organizers and related persons undertake to protect personal data collected within the framework of this prize game in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to forward them to third parties.  

8. Article  

(Complaints and Method of Dispute Resolution)  

(2) The organizers and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably if possible, and in cases where this is not possible, the competent district court shall have jurisdiction. 

9. Article  

(Taxation and Additional Information about the Prize Game)  

The value of each prize does not exceed 42 EUR, so it is not subject to taxation in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation.  

These rules come into effect on the day of the prize game's announcement and are binding for all participants. The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian legislation. 

The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined exclusively by the organizer.  

The prize game organizers reserve the right to change the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game if required by legal reasons (force majeure), undertaking to timely inform participants publicly on their website about such changes.
